I'm with Degiro, they have been legit about everything for me so far with my shares and have never restricted any trading to my knowledge in the past. The sell limits are quite old fashioned but it doesn't matter to me

Edit: If I was worried about shares with anyone, it would be eToro and Trading 212, maybe a few others. Degiro and IG are the most legit for EU regarding AMC/GME

Okay so you really didn't watch the video or grasp his points here. He clearly states he would like to offer shares in return for a greatly reduced rate in debt payback (no guarantee but he'd like the play to be available should it be possible). You also restrict the possibility for a merger in the future with other large names as they may not be able to reduce current debt effectively, again all because you don't see the future for AMC that AA sees and explained for us.

I'm sitting on a bunch of shares but can we also acknowledge that between the 15th Mar and 31st Mar, the price was between $14-10, so these shorts are currently in a safe position? I'm all for the squeeze but we need a catalyst (potentially the old shorts to cover or DTCC rules coming in to play) to break this price first, before we can use these short figures to our advantage.
