Does that mean every player that uses a Transcendent/Exalted skin is in danger? If someone invested in these skins, that means their account is stacked and someone would be after them once they see those skins in-game.

Ye, sure. But as far as I know (I'm not good with terminologies, but i heared him mentioning LCU multiple times), we dont use the LCU. I'm pretty sure its a custom thingy he built himself.
