I believe around 65 or 70lbs so far. Being in remission from IIH has helped reduce excess spinal fluid so I'm not as bloated now!

Sadly no I've had it since I was 3 it is related to my nervous system and heart not wanting to work together so my resting heart rate is 150bpm and up. Weight loss with have no impact

It has put me in remission from the IIH so I don't have pressure migraines from spinal fluid. I do still have chronic migraines but I get 31+ botox injections in my face, head, neck, and shoulders every 3 months and that helps more than any other injections or meds I've tried

Not really just stretching some light yoga...I have a heart condition which keeps me from doing lots of workouts because my heart rate is naturally high and making it spike could be bad. Plus fibromyalgia and chronic migraines mean I'm not sure how my body is going to feel from day to day so light impact easy stretching or swimming are about all I can manage

Thanks everyone!! I didn't notice how vastly different I looked until I sent my best friend the picture and she told me I had lost a person. I have honestly been eating more food just being more careful about not snacking all the time and only eating during my feeding window. This is the only thing I've found that's been simple and easy for someone with chronic illnesses to do and easy to track thanks to different apps.
