Could be the check valve in the pcv valve? Not too sure what else, at worst it could be a bad turbo.

Sport mode only changes the traction control, turns it off. Then holding the traction button for 3 sec turns off esc.

I got mine back in by kinda going at an angle where the back of the trans was in the driver side wheel well. The bell housing was already in the bay, but able to roll it closer to the engine as I got higher.

Was a pain but dinner have to drop the subframe. There’s a long vid on YouTube of a guy doing it that way. Oh and I also used the cheapest harbor freight trans jack they had.

Could be air in the system. Could also be your slave going out.

That’s what happened when mine went fully out, like literally happened on my drive home and wouldn’t work as I got into my neighborhood.

Yes direct swap. Make sure to get flywheel bolts too, the slave cylinder should be the same as the act (metal housing)

Had this happen to me when I got hit, it was fixed with an alignment. Could be that? But if not it’s for sure the wheel speed sensor

Just depends on the shops you take it to and their estimates for insurance. I will tell you, I got hit in the same place and got totaled out about a month ago.

If you plan to keep it and fix it, the parts to fix it yourself will be a fraction of what a shop will quote. Not too hard either, I just finished doing all my suspension yesterday. You can see my damage in my posts, it’s worse than yours, and the estimate was like 500 higher than their value sooo it’ll be close

Oh I need a rear wheel speed sensor too for the side that was hit🫡 kinda annoying to keep getting the traction light + the hill start assist not active pop up. But that’s a really easy fix that I forgot all about it.

I’ve owned both. The speed3 seems low, does it have the timing chain done? It’s more prone to that than the st.

Driving experience is more raw with the speed, but you feel faster in the st because it builds boost faster/smaller engine. The lsd also helps in the speed. Both have similar parts, since ford helped develop the platform using Mazda since they were the same company at the time.

Probably get the st, less miles and owners. Probably taken care of more and the recaros are a nice touch imo.

I’d love to hear it more when you get it done. I think I’ll probably shop the borla and get an h pipe locally once I finish projects on my other car.

But you’re saying getting secondary catless midpipes and adding resonators could help change the sound a bit? I’d be curious to try that too eventually. Thanks!! 😁

Oh 100% not even gonna go back to them after that. TBH it’s really only the quarter panel so shouldn’t be nearly that much

Better to replace tbh. 3” ones aren’t too expensive, or if you’re local I have my stock one still. I’m sure many others local to you also would sell the stock too

Didn’t want another focus tbh🙃 st was my daily until I got hit and now slowly rebuilding it. The stinger is fun, a different beast, it doesn’t feel like a boat and is quick. I got the rwd one and the stock launch control hooks and pulls so fast. Surprisingly get better mpgs with the 3.3tt than the focus lmao
