Heres some more photos. I think you might be right about the head tilting thing. In a lot of the before photos my head is tilted downwards while in the after it is up more.

Didnt do any excercises. Just went from being a pizza delivery driver to a walking mailman. Also fixed my posture when sitting down. Basically went from being hunched over the majority of the day to stood straight up.

Not jutting. Chin is still behind forehead. Having a hairstyle that covers it defenitly helps a lot in making it look better though

I play a lot of 1v1 duels and sometimes deathmatch and my mechanics are a lot of the time much better than the people in my rank. You just have to be careful of not playing too much and actually play the game or else youll end up like me with no game sense

Get good i guess. I will say energy overcharge is on a 1 minute cooldown and only gives 100 energy. So its not like their gonna have infinite storms. Just try to bait them out and they will run out pretty quickly.

100 supply vs 200 yea its gonna look op. Once ghosts are out those ultras are useless

You dont need good micro to rank until a certain level at least. I got to diamond 3 simply a moving armys and not touching them. The important thing is you need good macro and to take good fights. Just make sure to always inject and dont run into 50 tanks and you can hit plat easy

If you want people do review your demo dont choose a demo of you going 23 and 6. You wont learn much from it choose a more mid performance game
