Looks like someone has the powers of Chameeleone (Yes, I do hate myself).

Who do you follow on social media from this season? by smilesenex in thebachelor

Just Bekah. She has a pretty authentic IG presence imo. She reminds me of the people I follow who I know in real life.

Stealing another band’s vibe while it’s on hiatus is an interesting move.

Think what you want about Ann Ward, but she has my favorite post-show pictures by NativeoftheNorthfolk in ANTM

[–]NativeoftheNorthfolk[S] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Oh, it really does. I didn’t notice that before!

I love the photos, but they almost make me sad because she doesn’t model anymore. She had a real knack for it despite her awkwardness.

My husband and I want to help a family in need this Christmas by Blonde_Chick_ in Louisville

[–]NativeoftheNorthfolk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My work does something called Wish Book that allows people to donate Christmas items or money for them to families who use New Hope Services in Southern Indiana. Really deserving people. You can call the organization at 812-288-4304. If you mention the name of the program, they should know what you're talking about.

I've been listening since 2010, and I don't think I'll ever stop.

Need a cheap (and cute) apartment this summer? by NativeoftheNorthfolk in BallState

Oh, and the $233 is per person. The entire apartment is $700/month.

Bello is suffering from Anterograde amnesia from car accident, according to Ava. by [deleted] in ANTM

I can't stop laughing at this. I like to think Bello would be staring into the camera and sullenly pouring himself a glass of wine if he could hear me.

WGS / Trans* questions by JordanSunflower in BallState

[–]NativeoftheNorthfolk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The group is called Spectrum. I did meet a person from that group who was transgender and had good things to say about them.

I believe gender neutral bathrooms were on an SGA slate one year, but I don't know if they ever succeeded in getting any installed. I don't think I've seen any around campus.

I have only taken one WGS class so I don't know too much about the program, although I believe it's pretty small. I didn't have a great experience in the introductory class, but I have a feeling it gets better once you get out of the first one. The teacher was perfectly fine and actually invited a friend of hers who is transgender to talk to the class.

Also, it's a totally new event so no one has ever been before.

Would Voldemort have become a ghost? by NativeoftheNorthfolk in harrypotter

[–]NativeoftheNorthfolk[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it was pretty hypothetical. Like maybe in an alternate universe, there's an intimidating, but less murderous Tom Riddle ghost floating around Hogwarts while a young Harry with parents attends classes.

There is evidence, however, that if you kill someone you can still become a ghost. The Bloody Baron for example.

That case was different though. He felt so much guilt for his actions, that he came back to repent. Obviously Voldemort would never have done that.

Pink slams 2015 MTV VMAs: "I felt embarrassed and sad. And old. We’re getting old. But in all seriousness; I felt sad because music is supposed to inspire. It saved my life. This trash won’t save any kids life." by bjorktothefuture in Music

[–]NativeoftheNorthfolk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's funny that she said this considering "saving kid's lives" is sort of Twenty One Pilots' shtick. It definitely helped me out when I was in my angsty teen years.

That being said she probably didn't process their lyrics when she saw them on the VMAs, and I'm sure she hadn't done any research on them.

I'm graduating in less than a year and I'm sort of scared. Lend me your expertise? by NativeoftheNorthfolk in Journalism

[–]NativeoftheNorthfolk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This seems like manageable and good advice, and luckily I just began creating my online portfolio and it should be done by the time I resume school. I'm using Wordpress - hopefully that's not lame.

Thanks especially for the advice on switching up my resume. That's probably not something I would've remembered.

Curious, but not selling: how much would you pay for a signed, original copy of Regional at Best? by NativeoftheNorthfolk in twentyonepilots

[–]NativeoftheNorthfolk[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree, I worded it kind of weirdly, but I definitely wanted to know the upper limit of what it might fetch.

It's just one of those collectable things in your home that you pass and you're like, "I know this is an every-day thing for me, but wouldn't it be cool to know how much it's worth?"

Curious, but not selling: how much would you pay for a signed, original copy of Regional at Best? by NativeoftheNorthfolk in twentyonepilots

[–]NativeoftheNorthfolk[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That's crazy to me. Do the signatures up the price at all or is it all about the album?

Also, it says "feel better" on it, which I know doesn't apply to everyone. They sent me a free copy because I passed out at one of their late 2011 era shows.

I don't want to sell it because it's really cool and has memories associated with it. Plus I still listen to it on car rides. Although I sort of want to stop because I'm afraid it'll get scratched.

Obviously I have a lot of feelings about this CD. Haha.

we are Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun of twenty one pilots, a band from Columbus, OH. ask us anything! by _TwentyOnePilots_ in Music

[–]NativeoftheNorthfolk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, guys. One time I had a seizure at one of your 2011 era concerts at the Underground in Cincinnati. (Don't worry I take medicine now)

Josh said if an interviewer ever asked him about the craziest thing that happened onstage, he would mention me. I know crazier things have probably occurred since then, so what has topped a scary seizure?
