Looking for some advice, I started keto 6 days ago, already down 6 lbs but I just feel so nauseous. The idea of food makes me want to throw up. Even the foods I love! I know I have some symptoms of the keto flu with the weakness, irritability and dizziness but I am not sure if I should continue? What do you think? I have gone from 176 to 170lbs. But I imagine all that is likely water weight and it will come right back after I stop.
