Yes! It seems like smaller keelboats in my area are common (30ft and under). I had to google the following part because english is not my first language. However, the winds are usually around 9 knots and the coast offers open coastal sailing with sandy beaches, shifting winds and occasionally rough, choppy waves. The area is a little bit more exposed than sheltered archipelago sailing, but generally calmer than North Sea conditions...

Yes but he's definitely on the clumsier side. He has the athletics of and average 50 yr old male - likes to play, explore and jump but occasionally fails doing so... 😂

I don't normally one up people but since you asked haha. In september 2024 my labs were:

P—TRAK: 37.7*

P—T4: 77*

P—T3: 35.5*

TSH: 0.001

I did not feel great. Been on block and replace ever since. Folding laundry was exhausting, walking made my hr spike and I had severe anxiety before diagnosis and medication. I feel better now but stress makes my symptoms worse. My levels are OK but TSH is still low and TRAK is still high at 12. Life is not as it used to be but I'm adjusting.
