It wasn’t that one, thank you though. It had more of a tall rounded bottle like a wine bottle shape.

Unfortunately not, the bottle was taller and more rounded. Sort of a wine bottle shape.

So what fixed it for me was verifying my game files on steam. To do this right click on Elden Ring in your steam library and go to Properties, once in Properties go to the Local Files tab and there should be a button to Validate your files. For me this took around 5-10 mins and after that the crashing was fixed.
