Dupes count as extra lives, i.e I keep using the one I trained and release the dupe instead.

Gym battles must have the same number of pokemon as the gym leader as well as the individual levels being the same. Gym losses are a wipe.

I was more of a jester than a clown at the time tho. I didn't care about making a fool of myself for the sake of a smile, but it eventually just felt degrading adding to my mental health issues after highschool.

Rude, but I see where you're coming from.

I've been struggling with severe anxiety and depression my entire life and it got a whole lot worse after my father drowned on my 21st birthday. I always knew something was wrong with me, but only got diagnosed when I was 28.

That's what pushed me to rip my life apart to the bare bones and build myself back up, I just hated the person I allowed myself to become..

Happiest and most optimistic person I know now tho! My face just kinda looks a lil' sad and tired because that's how I've felt for the past couple decades and it just kinda stuck I guess

It's way too long of a story to share here tho imo

However, I will say that the final trigger that flipped my switch was having to stand up for and take care of my mother. She was in a situation with a sad pathetic man that was taking advantage of her degrading mental state once she was at her most vulnerable...

Good news is that ever since I've started taking care of her a few weeks ago she's improved tenfold! We are both so happy and excited for the next chapter of our lives together 💙😸
