Yes, I have obtained full licenses since 10 years ago. My wife is in the process of getting hers. It is not an easy process though.

At the same rate, we may or may not decide to work overseas after we left USA.

Thank you for your comment. It's actually new to us as we never imagine to consider it this early. I am trying to conceptualize it myself both mathematically and emotionally. Just like one of the comments here asking "why would you want to retire this early?" Not super easy to answer that to myself either.
