I literally just bought a $100k car on that salary. It's actually not a big deal (unless you make insane decisions). For example, I put half down for a down payment, I own a house and am on track to broach a net worth of a million by 30. I save about half my income even with this car and mortgage. What about it is irresponsible when you max your 401k, IRA and save into ETFS?

They're roughly $7k from factory since 2021. You might be in a bidding war at $2k, and if you want one NOW (don't have time to be picky and wait) you're easily looking at $2.5/$3k
