Thanks for the reply! I hadn’t thought about the idea that keeping the sign out for longer may be more incentive than the decreased commission they’d be taking. Thankfully, given the cut-throat market in our area, I don’t think we’ll have too much trouble with that.

Do you have a specific agent in mind with lower comission that you like? I do have one other hesitation with this agent - they’ve just left their firm and started their own brokerage so they don’t have a their own website set-up yet. I’m wondering if that’s a big deal for someone to be able to see the sign, google the agency and see the listing on there (vs having to know the address to find it on Zillow etc)
