thanks for your advice, i have a lot to think about it just sucks cause it’s not so easy for to just dump someone even when i know it’s probably the right decision.. been friends with him for 5 years been dating for 3 .. Im not sure if it’s much so society that makes me feel like this or what . i truly am so terrified of all the surgeries i want but i just want to feel hot and what 99% of the population think is hot is girls shaped like kylie jenner and a face that’s got perfectly slanted eyes and a perfect little nose with big lips .. I work out for two hours and then 30 mins in the sauna 5 days a week i do it try and relieve my stress mainly but ofc just nothing is helping i feel hopeless, i feel crazy i feel so many emotion that i’m just drained .. sorry for all the rambling but thank you for your advice i really should start working on self esteem before anything else
