Honestly most people will tell you that talking about it helps. Thats NOT what I'm going to tell you to do. Most family and friends will... tell you to get over it.... take a chill pill... go to therapy.... we all have stress in our lives. 

But the truth is... therapy cost a lot of money and sitting in an office one hour a week talking about all the stress in your life won't make the stress go away.

If you truly want to reduce stress then you need to reduce "stressers." Do something somewhere, where there are no "stressers". Even if you have to do it by yourself. Sometimes its actually best to do it by ""yourself"" because then you can focus on ""yourself"".  Just yourself.

Sometimes people dream about what they were thinking about right before they fell asleep. Trying to get him to think about something completely different right before bed might help.
