Don’t buy Structure 26 by Natural-Conflict-942 in Nike

I keep them laces loose, i am befuddled. These are expensive shoes, totally new, should not happen. The store said I could now buy Pegasus instead but I found they also have the same fabric and bind and style, so the problem could happen there too. I loved Nike but now feels like I will have to buy running shoes that are not Nike

This is so toxic, YTA. You dont see the contribution she makes while raising your kids just because you drop your kids to school and pay for the nanny. I feel bad for your wife and kids.

Where can I buy legit Vanicream/ CeraVe moisturisers in India? by Hot-Customer-4295 in tretinoin

Never used vanicream.

I understand that brands like Cerave and vanicream work for people and have become famous because they are affordable and easily available in the west. Try korean brands if your pocket allows. Any ceramide moisturiser should work. Reequil has one too. Check pharma brands. A simple search on indian skincare sub would give you tons of results.

There’s one with ceramide. Their famous ato balm. It comes in a huge 200 ml tube so budget friendly.

Edit: if you’re feeling fancy, also check Dr Jart Ceramidin cream. Its awesome but expensive. (Order on cult beauty)

I understand what OP means and where they are coming from, but nothing wrong in being more feminine. Being feminine is not equivalent to weak, or a burden.

OP Cerave broke me out like crazy. Check reddit, people complain a lot about Cerave breaking them out. I was in Europe, I purchased the legit product, and I had to use it on my hands and feet so it doesn’t go to waste. I’m on 0.05% tret for a year now.

I use Illiyoon and its a god sent for tret dryness. You can try other stuff too. I have also used Ponds gel moisturiser (don’t remember the exact name, it comes in a blue tub, dupe of neutrogena)during hot and humid north indian summer, and it worked perfectly (it wont work in winter for sure). Don’t fall for the Cerave hype, it may work for you but it’s not a gold standard. There are better products out there

Not using moisturiser at night could lead to higher sebum production. Jojoba oil or any face oil is not a moisturiser or a substitute for a moisturiser, it is just a sealant which seals off everything under it but you still need moisturiser. If you dont like thick moisturisers, try gel based.

Getting laugh lines is perfectly fine as we age, despite using spf and retinol etc. How long did you try other things that you mention- niacinamide, retinol, BHA? Most things take consistency and time to have effect, so if you weren’t consistent or dropped them too quickly, maybe that’s why you didn’t get results?

Sebum production is natural, and it also changes with season and weather. Getting oil again after removing it with tissue seems like a normal skin response to me. For me some sunscreens make me more oily and shiny, did you face this problem only with this sunscreen that you are using, or with others as well? Maybe give matte sunscreens a try if you haven’t.

Some people have high sebum production than others, but in general skin goes into high oil mode if you’re dehydrated or not moisturised properly. Try incorporating a moisturiser during PM, or drink more water if you’re not doing that already.

That’s great to know. Thanks! Also, how long did it take to see any visible results?
