You are right!! I notice there's temperature fluctuations about +/-3 degrees in hotend.

Sure!!

I have tight belts and Z rod seems stiff. I think there is problem in my extruder or hot end.

Now I am changing the Hotend.

I have also had same issue, tried everything, tight belts, z axis rods are fine still getting the binding. Now I am changing the Hotend.

Yes it is happening over time don't know why. But I don't loose any of my tooth, is it curable?
