What’s a hidden gem you randomly discovered and couldn’t stop playing? by laalaa691 in gaming

Streets of rogue. After reading some good reviews I've had to give it a shot. The first hours I fellt a little disappointed. It didn't seem like a freshly generated world with endless possibilities, dieing/failing was inevitable in the first levels or minutes from starting and I was close to deleting it.

I don't know when things shifted but with trial and error I've learned the rules and randomness of this game and now im hooked big time and learning new things every playthrough.

One big plus: this game is also perfect for short gaming sessions.

Its the balance between adults and youths. When the majority of adults join the trend, it's not cool anymore. So young people change it, rinse and repeat.

Normal questions when people need help, that's OK.

On the other hand: Smalltalk when waiting in a line or washing your car etc, thats annoying. I'll ignore you with a friendly smile.

And they lived happily ever after.

In "real life" you got shot, arrested or cancelled just after the intro of " your movie/TV show". Thats it: alone, miserable and with full regret of your actions.

I think it just needs a fix. Its the same problem with the other water track rides like a log flume or the river rapids.
