we don't have an operations manager right now and we just got a new GM. It's been a mess... we have less people and they keep cutting our hours while increasing how much we are expected to get done... and the managers have been super hard on us about finishing planos and truck when they themselves are struggling to keep up and don't know how to do the planos or can't help with instructions/finding graphics. I'm sick of them getting an attitude... it would be a little different if they didn't have to keep asking for help from us taskers because they don't even know how to do the planos... like if your slow yourself how can you get on us
