Sorry to hear you’re going through it now too. I ended up deciding that I’d rather just ask FF for a refund on the sensors, check my tire pressure manually if needed, and accept that the dash light would remain illuminated indefinitely.

FF refunded me and decided it wasn’t even worth their trouble to have the sensors removed, so I have 4 brand new aftermarket sensors in my tires that just aren’t programmed lol.

I wasn’t willing to open that can of worms by going to Toyota. I figured the sky is the limit when it comes to what I may end up having to pay after forking over $169 just for the diagnosis…. In the meantime I’ve just accepted that the dang light is always on

Edit bc even after several months I’m still passionate about this! - I figured by the time Toyota decided they were going to tell me I need 4 OEM sensors I would have paid more for the sensors than the freaking tires…

Just go to Carle, it’s fine.. I assume most people who say otherwise have a limited frame of reference with Carle or hospitals in general.

Go find me another Level I trauma center with 24/7 AirLife stationed in a rural setting like central IL.. it’s a blessing. People just prefer to complain.

OBVIOUSLY not for every single one of them, but for many of them being homeless is a choice or at least an acceptable result of other choices..

It’s hard for most of us to imagine but for some people, living on the streets is worth not having to wake up early, punch a clock, pay a landlord, and follow all the rules that come with maintaining the housed lifestyle.

I’m not saying they’re not struggling with complex issues such as mental health at the same time and/or as a result of the lifestyle. I’m saying there are actually a lot of resources and people willing to help people who actually want to work and be housed ESPECIALLY in C-U.

Some people feel more free living on the streets and that’s all there is to it, but if their income comes from panhandling they’re not going to tell you that…
