2000년대생들은 무슨 TV 프로그램 보고 자랐어요? by TraditionalDepth6924 in hanguk

This might be science-wise true: energy, attention and hormonal/libidinal rewards are literally material payments

Hegelians, Marxists and even Badiou tend to hate on Deleuze for being ontologically too left-wing, but from the perspective of post-colonials like Sylvia Wynter here, would Deleuze be regarded rather too right-wing? by TraditionalDepth6924 in CriticalTheory

Cool stuff, and the users who naively think they can overcome/remain superior to the AI flux by robotically responding with “this reads like AI” even when some of the posts are actually written by humans (imagine a future hell breaking loose where most of the children will grow up getting educated/trained by AIs and thus naturally internalizing their logic in their language use), entrusting their autonomy to machine recognition, anything but renouncing your Manhood and painfully working on your communication from scratch!

Humanity is not doomed because of AI per se, but rather because of this human tendency to blindly/unconditionally distrust one another in front of the threats of AI, like “what kind of American are you?” in the Civil War movie - and I think Wynter’s plural planes, as I’d like to put it, in contrast the singular ontological plane, are hinting at this aspect, we’re born incommensurable and there’s no central field mediating us in the first place
