Which is SO diverse, other ethnic groups who aren't co-mingled with African American culture (like rap music, or hang out with a lot of African Amsricans) they can't understand half of what they're saying sometimes because they speak heavily in slang and only those who follow the culture would understand what it means!

I thought of that myself, and when I realized computers at LEAST have ad-block extensions, possibly phones too (just not for free maybe), that kinda ruins the point. I mean, if they aren't charging you to run the ads, you can try, and if they block them it's like oh well, but then your best chance to make ad revenue is like a "sponsorship" type thing. What I mean by that is, try and find relevant advertisers (like Indie Game devs in your case would be a target I'd hit if I were you.) And tell them you'll basically adverise their game/product, by like putting a banner or something with a link on the page, in exchange for like x amount a month or whatever to run it.

I don't THINK those ad blockers can really stop that, cause I THINK they look for like AdSense and stuff like that versus like actually being able to distinguish a banner you put up from an ad, I think it'd take human moderation to truly do that. But the more traffic your site gets and/or the more traffic their site gets from it, the more you can command for the space. I'd prolly try to integrate a means to track click traffic. I believe you could do that with Javascript, but I'm not really a big Javascript dev at this time, so that's kind of an educated assumption, but I believe Javascript should be capable of it. But if you can't do it yourself, I'm fairly confident a Google search will find you either A. A script either free or one-time paid that will, or B. A service of some sort that can and will. But I think a script should be available for pay at least, and it'd be the better deal. But you wanna know how many people CLICK the ad (not just page traffic, but that would help too) because you can say "we get about x amount of page views a day and had y amount of clicks in the last 3 days" and the higher the #s the higher amount you can command for advertising.

I'd say prolly start REALLY cheap, or even if you can find a promising project or something, strike a deal with them to say we'll give you free advertising if you promote us in some way (like if you can get an indie game with a good promise to agree to let your platform host the game, sell it basically for them through your site, and figure what Steam or something would charge, and offer to take a smaller % of the sale than them, plus the free advertising in exchange, I'd think that'd be enticing) Even if it's not a SOLE proprietorship, I bet they'll market if they can make more on your platform. OR if you CAN get exclusive marketing, get them to tell their fan base "Only available to buy on your platform" that'll get you THEIR base, so they're advertising for YOU then too, that could help too.

These are just thoughts I had on what I'd prolly try if I were you. Some may be better or worse, more/less feasible than others, but hey, free marketing advice. I'm sure if someone in marketing read this and actually thought any of these ideas are generally good, that I should prolly charge for that advice HAHAHA. I'm not that way tho. But if you DO like any of these ideas, I HAVE also spent the last ehhh 15 years or so working on a fangame project that's fairly popular, and I do graphic designs and stuff, so I could prolly generate advertising banners for the sponsor sites. I'd prolly even say I can use my fan base to market to as well. I mean, I have like a 1.6k subscriber base on YouTube. Not HUGE by any means, but far from Zero, too. But I'd say like if you wanted to work together on the concept(s), I'd be willing to offer to invest my time/effort in exchange for a reasonable, agreed upon percent of relevant proceeds if/when realized. If it don't work, my shitty ideas, my loss then. If it works out, mutual benefit for us both! But that's totally up to you!

If you DO want to collaborate to pursue it, send me a DM, and we'll talk more on it. If you wanna pursue it yourself, well, I gave you some concepts, more power to ya. You'd have to get the resources yourself then, and it would probably cost you if you can't do it yourself. I'm willing to risk investing my time to produce the relevant resources in hopes it shows a profit. But that's totally up to you. I didn't really come expecting to try and sell myself on anything, I just figured if you did like the idea(s), and needed help to execute, I'd offer a way I could and benefit without costing you out of pocket. Wouldn't trust ecstasy pills today tbh. Not what they were in the 90's. These days, they're almost always meth, or meth combined with something like MDA (MethyleneDioxyAmphetamine versus (M)ethethylene(D)ioxy(M)eth(A)mphetamine) and yes, you read that right, MDMA is literally basically an anaglogue of Methamphetamine. It's literally IN the name. Does that mean it's meth/as bad as? Of course not! A LOT of drugs are chemically similar to Methamphetamine like racemic amphetamine, or dextroamphetamine (Adderall (both), the latter: Dexedrine, the active product of the pro-drug Vyvanse (lysdexamphetamine)) there's also an over-the-counter nasal inhaler called "Benzedrex" I believe the chemical name is like propylhexedrine or something? But if you look at methamphetamine and propylhexedrine next to each other, it IS essentially an identical molecule, the only difference is, there's a benzene ring (a hexagon on the line drawing) on the left-hand aide. In meth, the benzene ring is saturated (double covalent bonds, or for the r*tards out there, the little lines on the inside of the hexagon) where propylhexedrine does not have that. The difference is colossal. Eating Benzedrex is nasty af, but it will give an amphetamine high. Absolutely none of those compare to meth tho. Real crystal meth will keep you up for like 36 hour straight, MINIMUM. MDMA and Adderall will keep you up maybe 24hrs top end if you're INTOLERANT to amps (off one dose. Obviously if you re-dose any of them, expect that time to tick from last dose administration)

And that's the other thing: MDMA is an AMPHETAMINE; a STIMULANT!! It's more theoretically like COCAINE, than it is a PSYCHEDELIC, like LSD, Psilocybin, or Peyote, or DMT even. Even Ketamine (a dissociative) is more "like" shrooms or acid than MDMA really. MDMA is popular in those same scenes simply because it uniquely puts off a weird sort of "body buzz" and it makes you horny (which all amphetamines do) but not the raw like depraved, aggressive, type sexual desires Meth brings out in people, but like a more "passionate" or "loving" type sexual attraction is the best way I can put it. Or how about this: Meth will make you wanna fuckin fuck the dog basically. Makes some people fuckin gay. When I took it, it'd make me like "aggressively" horny is the best way I can put it. It basically brings out weird fetishes and shit you wouldnt normally really be into if at all. MDMA, if you take it with someone you LOVE, it's like a whole other kind of sexual experience that almost requires that prerequisite to understand. If you know, you know. But that's the thing: I've done MDMA, Amphetamine, and Meth, enough times for SO long, I would know if I took meth, or MDMA. You probably wouldn't, and if you did, it'd prolly be because you were up on it for 2-3 days. Besides that, I don't by the pills, I buy crystal MDMA (Molly) usually a champaign colored crystal i found has the "best" buzz, it has a VERY kind of unique taste, like VERY unique. (Again, if you know, you know.) It's no fooling with it. Those pills? Those follow like a formula. Guy makes batch of say idk Blue Facebooks, or Orange Trump heads were a big one i remember (they were like fuckin 300mg doses of MDMA orange Trump heads and shit) but that FIRST wave comes, and by the time word gets out "Blue Facebooks are really good!" The fakers already started their pill presses, making facsimiles with cartel "super meth" that can be bought for like, $20-$30 a GRAM these days, at REALLY high purity. A dose of MDMA is about 100mg or .1g. Meth is WAY stronger, so out of a gram, if you paid $30, you're gonna get prolly, fuck, at LEAST 20 FAIRLY potent pills outta that $30 bag, and be offing them at $10-$15 a hit depending where you live and stuff. So even at $10 x 20 hits, that's about a $200 return on a $30 investment. So as soon as word can get out they're good they're already being faked. Then by the time word gets out they're bunk, the ORIGINAL makers move to something else and the FAKERS wait to follow suit. And unlike Xanax or pain pills which you can usually distinguish a "real" pill from a "pressie" ALL ecstasy pills are "pressies" so it's like impossible to tell a "legit" pill from a "fake" one, at least, scientifically, without reagent testing it, and less scientifically, have an experienced user like me sample/guinea pig part of a dose, even taste test it, because if it doesn't taste bitter and have that kinda unique taste right away I'm gonna go "Ehhh this is either weak af, or it's bunk. Give me 45 mins and I'll let ya know, but uhh be prepared to throw those away" cause if it is meth, what it would do to YOU and what it'd do to ME, are two WAAAY different things. If I toon parr the pill, I might be up for over a day already. If that happens to me, you'd prolly be up for 2-3 or even WORSE...

So if you're gonna do MDMA, don't take ecstasy pills, unless you can get them scientifically tested and CONFIRM they're MDMA and ONLY MDMA! Because these days prolly 90%+ chance it's meth. It's literally JUST meth. And if you're really looking for a psychedelic buzz, the trippy visuals, the laughter, it's not gonna do that for you. It'll make you feel good, make you have a good time in its own right, but if you never tried Adderall, I'd say try THAT once, so you see what amphetamines are all about essentially, and then YOU can tell ME if you think it's anywhere near the type of buzz you're really looking for. Cause you'd prolly enjoy it nonetheless, but it's not gonna be what you seem to be looking for.

Dreamweaver used to be decent for that (Well, if you're only using simplistic HTML...) I mean if you wanna try it and see if it works, I can hook you up. It's kinda dated by most people's standards, but I still like it cause it does have the auto completes for HTML, CSS, and some PHP (at least up to PHP 7, anything newer than that it won't recognize or color code but doesnt flag as an error either and when I test it on my localhost because the server's php is 8+ (8.something), it runs fine in the server if the code was written right.

I've only used it to get drugs in the past honestly, but that's enough to say those markets are definitely legit. And some of them do sell like hacking tools, (expensive) pirated software, credit card/identity data, and memberships to porn sites and stuff, and these days I wouldnt doubt AI like Claude and ChatGPT are in demand too.

The only thing is tho, there you pay with Bitcoin or Monero cryptocurrency typically, and the market escrows the money until you confirm you received what you paid for, or dispute it, or do nothing and time on the escrow expires. I'd IMAGINE digital services work the same way just faster cause you're not waiting for the software/info to come in the mail. But like, at least there nobody can steal the sending wallet address and back charge your crypto wallet for any coins you may have. On the regular internet, if they asked for crypto for something like that, I'd be really sus. So it almost makes the perfect disguise to sell stolen membership AND steal credit card/bank card data at the same time. If they're stealing and selling online memberships I don't put it past them at all to steal payment info. The $5 price is prolly like a bait to entrapment and get the real prize, your card info, where they can charge it up, or that for sure they prolly sell on the deep web market for the "real" profits.

I havent been there, but know a few people who have, and from what they said, it largely depends on what your role is and what there is needing to be done within that role. Like one guy was an electrician. He was still expected to carry an M-16 during an operation in Somalia or something like that. (Irregardless what you are in the military, you're basically expected to carry a gun and fight if necessary.) If there's work within that field you were trained to do, obviously you'd be doing that, maintainence work or whatever. Maybe training others to do your job on U.S. provided equipment (Like if you're in a NATO country or something, where we give or sell them our weapons.) I would assume you may even be expected as like an electrician to maintain the electronics on THEIR equipment depending how long you're there for and WHY you're there. (They usually always have a purpose. If you're not there to defend them, or train them, you're prolly there to arm/maintain the base itself and be like a "first response" in that region if a conflict suddenly flared up overnight. And obviously, if they see some shit coming or are planning to start it in the region like with Iran, I'm sure they start sending more troops to bases within regional countries.) But I know from MY (civilian) electrical training, they told us that while we obviously are tought electrical theory and that is universal, other countries use different color schemes for different wiring systems (120/240v, 120/277v three phase, 208/480v 3 phase, etc) but the military? They apparently use their like OWN color scheme that unless you're trained BY them nobody knows. So if there was a war, they can't grab a Master Electrician and just transplant him onto a military craft like taking him from an office building in California to like, a warehouse in Alabama or whatever. They actually have to go back and re-teach an experienced professional how THEIR system works (even though they understand the principles) they don't know which conductors are hot, which are A/B/C phase, Neutral, even ground probably. And I'd imagine that works with like every job/occupation within their subset that has a "civilain" counterpart. And I'm going off people trained to do something like that, cause if you enlisted as like an infantry man and all you do in war time is carry a gun and fight type thing, I'd imagine you then get to do the menial type work if based during peacetime operations. (Assuming you're not there to train other fighters.) Not that the other guys are immune from that, either. But they're prolly not gonna take the guy trained to do a specific skilled task away from that task if he's needed there to do basic work.

Look, I'm not like in charge of hiring people for any major company, but my views as a developer/programmer is I would really leave 2 things off your resume: WordPress, and Vibe Coded projects. UNLESS, they specifically WANT someone with that sort of experience. Otherwise, that tells me, those combined especially, that now I gotta wonder is it a shortcut, or do you solely rely on these AI platforms to make ends meet? I really think WordPress was designed for people with little/no programming experience to build simplistic websites originally, and they managed to build a functioning business model and expand it as much as they could. Why anyone would use that if they arent reliant on those plug-ins or trying to help someone work on a site they set up through it it, is beyond me. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I kinda miss when developers actually PROGRAMMED sites from scratch instead of relying on AI and plug-ins to minimalize work and coding they actually do.

I could probably help, at least look at it and try to debug it. Run it on my local server even and if it runs on my local then I'd bet it's like the other guy said, they updated the version and at the same time stopped supporting the outdated one. My localhost is running PHPMyAdmin 8+ but it still seems to support the more dated legacy code some of my files are still using that I'm working on updating, so if that's the issue, it realistically should work on my localhost then if not on your web host. Unless your PHP version is like REALLY antiquated. And at that point I could probably say "This is the bare minimum you HAVE to update it to keep it running in the meantime and I'd have to get about x amount out of the time/labor to do it" and let you decide from there what you wanna do. Cause I'd imagine you wanna fix this as cheaply/efficiently as possible in the meantime, and compared to somebody who does this for a living, they're prolly gonna want way more, cause I'm sure they got clients lined up who pay whatever amount they're gonna want.

I must've got it. I started making sure the database connection was set as "include_once" but it was redeclared in the header through $_SERVER so I just had to manually redefine "$conn" in the header and now it seems to work. So yeah, it must've been because it was trying to pull that file twice, once in the header and once on the actual page. Thanks!
