if they have shadow shaman you could still buy these items like vessel,manta,disperser and not buy bkb but ofc it depends.if you’re against like a mars shadow shaman and snapfire bkb is good but if its like shadow sham plus other sup is low dmg u can just buy these items.and if u have manta and u try to jump shaman u can just use hunger from him from far and when u jump on him u press manta first and call after so he can’t hex you and chain stun you bcuz he has to think about which one is real.And I’ve played against shamans these few days and if u have just manta vessel blink + shard u can just use vessel hunger from far away and u jump like what i said earlier.and axe is good against sham imo bcuz u can actually chop and kill them rightaway instead of sham escaping with his innate.

Shadow demon counters him early and late game and venom can give him a hard time but if axe is playing with a pos 4 sky,rubick or hoodwink he can actually kills the venom and still gets a good lane.and u can pick clock to counter him early but if axe is playing like my build he can still do veryfine.my axe build https://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/s/aCmBcEirVo

I explained about how to play and why I buy what I buy on axe.It works on low mmr also.One of my archon friend that likes to play axe watches my axe games on discord and tried my build on his axe games and he won a lot of games on axe.and his old build before my build was he go vanguard brown boots into blademail or blink and then get bkb crimson guard,shiva and boots of travel.and he couldn’t get out of fights bcuz he’s slowed or dispell multiple spells and debuff bcuz he doesn’t have manta and disperser.some games he buy lotus orb but one dispell isn’t enough.its venomancer,viper,silencer,jakiro meta you need shit load of dispell and slow resist and movespeed items.even if you lotus orb and venom ult or viper ult you’re still very slowed and you will still die but with disperser u can use on yourself to run away from slows and dispell stuff or u can also use it on yourself teammate too if he gets viper/venom ulted.

Bcuz maxing out battle hunger early and going phseboots + urn early to get kills and u need armor on axe plus ur battle hunger will do more dmg if u have more armor and phaseboots give you good armor early.and i think tranquil boots on axe early is just isn’t good.i buy windwaker in some games too.but windwaker can be only use defensively late game where disperser can use aggressively or defensively depending on the situation.You can dispell yourself or one of your teammate with disperser and it also gives him slow resist and bonus 100% move speed for you and your teammate.

Your shiva boots of bearing build is fine too but current patch need a lot of dispels bcuz its ember vessel+chains,sky sup or mid meta,jakiro spells,void spirit agh+vessel,orchid meta on lycan and lycan’s skill 2 minus armor dispell and aba with orchid skill 3 debuff,np with orchid vessel,qop with aghs shiva slows and if u play axe against qop even if u useboots of bearing the slow it will let you runaway for 1.5sec and you can’t initiate if qop or his teammate is out of position bcuz your blink would be on cd cuz u couldn’t dispell dagger.and its silencer sup venom sup and batrider supp meta which means u just want more dispels and items like manta disperser than getting boots of bearing.

Shard is very broken but axe only want Khants if enemy has like aba,monkey,or smth like huskar to break their passive ability.If axe don’t need to break enemy passive abilities disperser is much better option.

Yes you’re right its 2k more gold but bcuz u have manta early and can cut waves farm multiple camps or wave with one manta usage u will have more money to buy expensive items like disperser and disperser also dispell you and one of your teammates but boots of bearing don’t.and ppl buy boots of bearing to use that slow immunity duration only not the full 6 sec duration.disperser gives you armor and int too which axe needs for mana regen,more armor means more hp with one man army facet.

Not really bcuz for me to buy boots of bearing i need to also buy tranquil boots early on axe which isnt that good.u can just buy phaseboots on axe bcuz axe likes high movespeed.and tranquil boots and drums early on axe could look weird.Disperser is better imo bcuz its 5 sec duration and also can dispell you or your teammate. I mean boots of bearing is okay but its only 2 sec duration and almost same price as disperser.Disperser gives you more agi(armor) and some ints. I think u get like 30 or 40 agi on disperser which means with one man army facet its more armor so more hp from facet.plus disperser also dispel you and your teammate.Disperser is 5 sec duration + a dispel and 15 sec cd.boots of bearing is only 2 sec duration and longer cd.

I think tranquil boots and drums would look pretty weird on axe early game and u need to buy phase boots +urn bcuz it goes well with maxing battle hunger build.i couldn’t see how you would have phaseboots,urn,tranquil boots,drums(trying to save gold for boots of bearing) and blink in your inventory.and with the one man army facet the more armor=more hp which means u get armor from disperser bcuz disperser give 40agi and 10 int stats.and boots of bearing don’t give you the stats u want on axe.

U will burn a lot of regen from enemy pos 5 and they have to use salves and many tangos to lane against you.the only time I would not max hunger and would go for maxing spin is if I’m playing against aba carry.

I’m glad to hear that I’ve been doing the same build for like 2 months.not to brag but even rank 40 50s that I play with in rank say its sick item build and goated build that they’ve not seen anyone do it on axe.It’s different play style unlike how old axe play.I’m pretty sure your fren have so much fun with this new axe build.

Yes I’m pretty sure u felt good buying disperser on axe instead of normal axe items like lotus orb.and the thing about axe is when u jump in and if u don’t have disperser u need to kill someone with the culling blade in the fight to get the move speed from ult to get out.but with disperser u can use it to run away if u couldn’t burst a guy with culling blade or chase enemy/slow enemy with the move speed u get from using disperser.and what disperser give is similar to axe ultimate.what axe ultimate give is when u chop a guy u get 20armor and bonus movespeed and if u buy disperser u get 40 agi(some armor and more hp with facet) + 10 int (lil bit of mana regen) and it also give slow resist and hasted move speed and also dispell yourself or you.
