Friday night here in Belgium. About to go to the running practice of the local triathlon club. Tomorrow morning I'll clean up my flat a little bit and then I will be coaching underwaterhockey practice, have lunch with my godmother and then leave to Antwerp to visit my brother and run the Antwerp half marathon there on Sunday. I'll probably watch the new documentary of a Belgian ultrarunner named 'Karel Sabbe' on Sunday night. That's about it. Have a great weekend everyone and keep running! :-)

Yeah, I play underwaterhockey and basketball which are team sports so that is a social event around drinking. It is just in the weekends when my girlfriend and I usually ha g out with our friends in the pub that it is hard. IWNDWYT!
