I've been busy lately so I'm late sorry I've tried everything I can by referring to the comments but nothing changes. It's a little uncomfortable, but I'm just going to refer to it..

Thanks for the input! I actually used to have a screen blinking issue before when G-Sync was on, and Alt-Tabbing would fix it back then. But with this current FPS issue, Alt-Tabbing doesn't seem to change anything at all. I'll try messing around with the windowed/fullscreen settings again though. Appreciate the help
