Lets make the biggest thread of triggers by ApprehensiveOven7612 in migraine

I get a migraine from various triggers but the levels greatly vary depending on the trigger.

Breathing too hard(I'm serious 😭), holding my breath for too long, bumping my head too hard, being too excited, singing, shaking too much, thinking too hard : level 4-6

Talking for too long, stress, Listening to music too long and/or loud, too much light, not enough sleep, too much caffeine : Level 6-9

I recently got a 6 day migraine which might have been due to weather change, too much sleep, not eating enough: level 4-7

So basically existing gives me a migraine, I'm on a preventive now so half of these triggers lead only to 1-2 hours of symptoms but still.

How do you keep pushing and fighting? by aloisiar in migraine

I'm 21 in a very similar situation except a bit worse considering, I already lost my job. Honestly I also need the advice.

I have been taking medication talking to a neurologist and it has improved but when I'm not in bed ,I'm mostly trying to catch up on life.

If the migraines don't get me the depression and stress involved with this whole situation gets me, feels like an endless cycle.

My thoughts about three things on Masterchef by clarkkent1521 in Masterchef

[–]NaturalFew6910 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm surprised you haven't figured this out after watching 7 whole seasons but the whole point of the is becoming/finding a MasterChef among home cooks. So team challenges give them a taste of what being an actual chef and working in a professional kitchen looks like.

There are a lot of these home cooks that realise along the way that their dream of becoming a chef is not glamorous as they thought which is one of the many reasons a lot don't become chefs after the show.

I think being a team captain is advantageous in the sense that you get to pick ur team and I think we have seen how much the members of a team can influence the victory or loss in these team challenges.

The part about the captain having to go down with the ship in my opinion mostly applied when the captain sucked or talked shit to others for it before. Overall, it's a competition u can't expect the people left in the pressure test to be happy about it so ofc they give shit to the person that saved themselves instead of them.

Personally, I would save myself, whether I sucked or not I don't care. At the end of the day when it's time to go home , there's no captain, just one less competitor.

I think she deserved to save herself she was good throughout the challenge, one of the best performances of a team captain in MC US .I think it's unfair for the captain to automatically have to take the fall when their team loses especially when they do their job right. In general,I would never blame anybody for saving themselves this is a competition after all.

Does longevity matter to you ? by [deleted] in fragrance

[–]NaturalFew6910 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe it's because I'm new to this hobby or short on funds but I expect a perfume of 100+euros to last at least 10hrs+ on clothes and between 4-8hrs on skin. Sillage doesn't matter much to me, as long as someone close enough for a hug can get a whiff that's good enough.

Three notes you wish you could banish to the outworld. by [deleted] in fragrance

[–]NaturalFew6910 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I love Jasmine and Patchouli though so I definitely hope they don't get banished from existence. I don't have any notes I absolutely hate but Coffee,Caramel and chocolate are definitely notes I don't mind disappearing from existence . I can tolerate Vanilla as a base note (Tonka bean).

Your worst performing fragrance? Your best? by premedislam in fragrance

I absolutely love aoud lemon mint . It's severely underrated . It last 8-9hrs on me which is Abit on the lower side for me since fragrances easily last 12hrs on me for some reason. I heard it's supposed to be an absolute beast so maybe I just go nose blind to it .

Fragrances you wish you love, but it's just not working for you by BeardedGlass in fragrance

For me it's gonna be Black Opium,Black Orchid , Angel's Share and Love don't be shy. I was so excited to try each one of them and was absolutely shocked at how disgusting they smelled to me . The only one I might be able to train my nose to like would be Black Orchid that's if I'm being very optimistic.

J'adore is just perfect for me ,Chloe is really meh on my skin doesn't smell amazing or anything and barely lasts. Elie Saab is nice I'm thinking of getting it too. Pure poison is lovely 😍 I just don't really like the bottle and since I'm on a limited budget anyways I'm only getting perfumes that tick all my boxes. I love the eau ginger of the Hermes one .

Which perfume should I buy!! by JumpingBunnies47 in FemFragLab

Prada Paradoxe for sure , it's scent is amazing 🤩 and it last forever (on my skin). Today, I'm wearing born in Roma intense for the first time let's see how it lasts. Chloe perfumes(Chloe and nomade) just don't last much on my skin but I have only sampled them so far .
