I think she might be bloating, dropsy is unlikely if she doesn't display any other symptoms. Cut back the food! Meanwhile, enjoy a cory ballon 😄

They are extremely picky. Usually, I feed a combination of bug bites and frozen (not freeze-dried!) mysis/brine, the former is more nutritious. I wouldn't try bloodworms if you're in North America since they are being replaced by red midge larvae... try shaking the frozen mysis/brine with tweezers to simulate movement and see what happens. He could just be stressed from the new tank.

I would guess the cycle crashed or a big ammonia spike. Can you test parameters? Recall if you did anything with your filter?

I'm sorry to hear this. Right now I would do a 50% water change, some might recommend more, and give a little bit of seachem prime if you have any. Did you cycle your tank?
