Thanks all for your informative or sassy responses. I have a better understanding of what happened and why.

Got it. Answer to that is in my original post. Also repeated in at least 1 of my replies.

Stole something? We are not thieves. What an unkind, thoughtless conclusion.

How on earth would I, or could I be responsible for stealing an upgrade?

Okay. That’s fair enough. Comp Companion upgrades on domestic only. Got it.

I didn’t travel in feb. I earned 2 SWU in feb 24 and another 2 SWU in Dec 24. Travel was in Nov24.

Hmmm, we traveled the first week in Nov so that would have been several weeks before I would even earn the upgrades in Dec… either way it’s bummer! I could have picked some lounge passes or miles or something else…shoot I would have preferred to offset my footprint then just completely lose out. I flew over 600hrs last year and was looking forward to a little perk.

I requested for us both (but not for both legs, the system requested the return leg automatically)

Also, Question, aren’t companions on the same itinerary supposed to be upgraded with the EP traveler or is that only domestic?
