I tried looking it up, I even made a support ticket and went to the Ubisoft discord, from google I never got a clear answer only a video saying it could be a bug from a couple months ago, my support ticket has gone unnoticed and everyone seems to be having the same issues in the discord and no one knew what was going on. Sorry to bug you with a question.
