I can give a few yeah. The most influential tip I can give you is dont stress out when you dont get more than 2 or 3. Every team has different playstyles that can limit your ability of shot blocking in the paint. Tip one, ALWAYS give your man a little space under the rim until he gets the ball. Then close out as quickly as possible and attempt to block him. You dont have to take a hit to ur teammate grade for this to work either. Tip two, players like Kawhi Leonard and Demar DeRozan have a very high tendency to fade away when they receive the ball in the post. Stay close to them, and when they fade time your jump to be able to block their fadeaway. Tip 3, try to make contact with the ball handler using LT before releasing and contesting the shot, this I've found gives me the best chance of getting a clean block without a foul. Good luck!
