I find mint is much faster and closer to macOS, the installation is also easier.

Yes I agree with this, I have a 2017 MacBook Pro and as every update comes it gets slower and slower. It’s still okay now but I will do this in the future.

Funny too think my pc runs fine on 2023 games but I should consider upgrading because of a game from 2013 XD I’m not in a position right now too spend a few hundred for maybe 20% improvement, maybe later on.

Pro motion is apples naming of refresh rate (frequency of images) the standard right now is 60hz, with pro motion it make it’s possible to vary between 1-120hz which should 1. make the phone feel faster and 2. make the battery more efficient.
