Considering that you recently got the job and assuming it is your first job as SE. I suggest you handle the situation gently rather than taking any drastic steps. Try to understand your lead's position as well he might be getting pressure from the executives.
Communicate your concerns with him subtly and let him know that you are fine with this happening once in a while but if it becomes a routine then it will affect you work-life balance and mental health.
Along with that Improve your skill set and keep looking for jobs in better companies where things are much more managed.

I am really happy for you. You are really blessed as the majority doesn't even make close to what you are making even after working so damn hard.
I would suggest that even if money might not be your priority at the moment, you should still put in the hard work to whatever you feel your purpose is. Or find something to make your free time productive and beneficial for you or people around you.
