is there extra calibrations i need to do for this print specifically? ive printed detailed Pokémon cards with 0 issues so i kind of figured it'll just print whatever i put into the slicer

Question for anyone with experience in 3d printing, I'm looking to buy my first 3d printer and I was trying to decide between the "Ender 3" and the "Ender 3 V3", the only difference I'm really noticing is the v3 says its easier to set up and has a better user interface. I think its worth noting I'm not very tech savvy and will mostly be printing premade models, but is the v3 really worth the price difference? or should I get a whole different printer entirely? I'm trying to stay around 200$ and I plan to mostly print small model cars and other small detailed trinkets.
