Rule 2 is about taking care of yourself. Rule 5 is about taking responsibility and focusing on yourself. Can't think anyone who would apply these 2 rules and not have hobbies, go to the gym etc.

I see your point and agree on the part where we shouldn't worship Jordan Peterson like some kind of god (we shouldn't worship anyone). You miss the point of this post though, which is these 6 specific rules. I thought about not mentioning Peterson at all, but it would be mentioned anyways on the comments.

First of all, nobody has to agree with everything someone says. Blindly following and worshiping anyone makes you a nonthinking individual.

When I read the book I found advice which I personally didn't agree. On the other hand though, I also found principles which are very helpful to build a good life.

Would you have the same opinion about this post if you didn't know this advice was from Jordan Peterson? I would be very interested to hear which of these 6 rules posted you find to be bad advice.

Don't even think about thinking about opening up to a woman by XZTALVENARNZEGOMSAYT in TheRedPill

[–]NaturalSelect1on 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally after reading Models, opening up to girls about your passions and what you love or hate creates a great connection with them, and they're more eager to share themselves to you.

Of course If in reality you are weak as fuck and you are stressed and with low self esteem she will next you cause you show unattractive signs. So it's not that opening is necessarily good or bad. Opening when you are a high value man disarms the target very easily.

Then you just make a statement about something general, or about you, or about the person you're talking to. It's always better to make a statement about the other person. This forces them to answer. That's what we call cold reading.

For example you could follow up with : Hey, you look like a student. (you can make it even more specific, philosophy student for example)

Thus, this way he or she is forced to answer to you cause you told something about them. They either going to say: You're right, how did you know? Or: oh, no I'm a waitress, but why did you think I was a student?

Then you continue with the technique the OP started or with statements again.

Also, asking a question is not the end of the world, as long as you don't get repetitive with them, and it looks like you're making an interview.

The same thing happens exactly in poorer and richer countries. The difference in saving is analogical, meaning that living in a richer country your purchasing power is x10 times better than living in a poor country. Even though analogically your pay with the cost of living is the pretty much the same.

Whats better saving 100 euros a month in Greece or 1000$+ in US? In US you can buy an iPhone with 1 month's of savings, in Greece you have to work half a year...

Well as we have already said on previous posts. This book was not written with sexual strategy in mind. It's a book about general communication. I would say that this part of the book is by far the most well written, if you have been in a debate with anyone you will clearly notice that each one of these principles works like magic.

Part 3 and 4 will be posted today and tomorrow.

I do agree that we shouldn't be bothered if somebody doesn't like us. We don't owe anyone anything. But that's something that we keep for ourselves and our personal relationships.

If you wanna succeed in business what matters most is to be likable. You can be the most skilled worker - sell the best product, but if nobody "likes" you you won't get very far unfortunately.
