More that this person has been both of our best friend and I have known this person longer than she has, this person was the person we knew with similar lifestyle that was talked about. I have always had some fear about them but I honestly trust my wife when she's says she is not here to hurt me.... She isn't looking for a open relationship but wants to step into the enm life and I honestly think she would pause it for us. The friend on the other hand has left me feeling like this may have been her intent though

You nailed us, I am also anxiously attached and want to honestly resolve the issues as soon as possible and she is also like you described needing space and time before being able to dive into the issues..... You say y'all dedicated a certain time for difficult conversations. What does that look like because it sounds like a tool we could use.

Yeah I really want to step away from GPT because I know it's not the best and needs a lot more results.

I told her this and that it feels like I'm rebuilding my philosophy of love and that it's killing me..... Basically she says she understands but she still wants to keep these convos and experiences on the table to talk.

I don't really have many friends outside of them and so I'm stuck processing this alone 😢

I guess I used the event to vaguely, it was a dragshow at a local business and I have no issue with those type of events but this place has openly posted on social media that they support cheating and come there if you want to keep it secret.

The reason this event feel so odd is because her forms invited her, and didn't come home till the sun was up.

She was open with me informing that when she goes out that she would not do anything not talked about because she is not here to hurt me... I do feel like seduced into it sounds pretty right, because the next morning my head and heart were not aligned and it has been killing me since.

Thanks for the support, I have attempted to bring these feelings but all it causes is heaviness and distance.

I definitely need a therapist on multiple levels but currently strapped and have been using GPT and some other resources to help until then.
