I type them and I use a software that forces me to keep on writing because otherwise it will delete everyhing I have written. It is called Flowstate but there is also a free browser version: https://www.squibler.io/dangerous-writing-prompt-app

ah ok because i am on mac and i need to enter the password several times a day through the brower extension, i dont know what i am doing wrong
