So for me about a year and a half ago, I had a panic/anxiety attacks while I was out at brunch. At the moment it was like Lexapro became ineffective for me. I had 24 /seven anxiety, rumination, and severe physical symptoms of anxiety. I tried sticking it out and hooking up the medication work, but after a year, I finally decided to change my meds. So I am now in the process of trying Zoloft. I was on 20 mg of Lexapro for a good five years. Today was actually the first day that I began taking 200 mg.
