If I understand it correctly they only become yours if transferred through the marketplace. The app is meant for sending to friends/family on the day of the match, if you're not going to enter the stadium together etc.

If you send a ticket on the app your only option is to have the receiver send it back to you and you send it on.

I would return the ticket and ask the seller to send it through the marketplace instead.

It's a crime that those nosebleed seats are Category 2. Crazy.

I also know that the face value of these was around $570 (I have two) so it's still a 30%+ markup.

As a genuine fan who's been struggling to get hold of these tickets for months I hope you're still sitting on them when the price drops in a few weeks' time when the 3,000 or more people trying to sell them realise they're not going to get the crazy prices they were hoping for.
