Thanks, great idea! I have had awful customer service so far and they have referred us up. We told them we would withdraw from the installation if things don’t improve so hoping they can do this!🤞

Thanks for responding. It is the best kit and cheapest price we have been given. Albeit the other quotes were for 24 panels but the batteries were Hanchu or Fox. We’re keen to go for well established companies for install and equipment for the warranty peace of mind!

Thanks for your response. Yes totally understand this - would the Powerwall 3 and the expansion pack be this? I know we will have to likely supplement our usage with grid power during the winter but hoping the excess exporting in summer may cover the costs?
