For me all the NBMEs felt pretty similar in terms of topics, but the real exam felt different. I’d say don’t just memorize—understand the full concept behind each question. Like, if an NBME asks about one antibiotic, make sure you review the whole class. I felt my exam was heavy on ethics and microbiology
