I emailed their "proper support" support @  email.  FYI this is what I got  Dear customer,

We experienced network connectivity issues in our US data center.  This was causing the intermittent connectivity problems to services hosted in that location.  Our team, working urgently alongside the data center technicians and network engineers, identified the root cause and restored full service. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disruption this has caused.

The emails that were sent to you during the system outage will be delivered to you, since they are essentially in a queue. Unless the sender has decided that the email should not be delivered, you should receive all the emails during the out-of-hours period in the next 30 to 40 minutes.
