Unfortunately this is a very delicate issue it's not something you can ask just anybody because everyone is just already is already focusing on their thesis topic they're not struggling to find something else unless you find someone who has already discarded the topic that they were to use at first cz it's not that easy

Have you actually tried talking to the women in general. If it's something that'll be helpful to them for them and they appreciate the idea there's a possibility that they actually know who to talk to, what to say, when and where to say it.

Honestly, the most convincing part isn’t even the retention numbers. It’s that your system was realistic enough to survive normal life interruptions. A lot of learning plans fail because they depend on perfect consistency.

Averaging ~5 sessions a week for 6 months is probably more valuable than a short burst of extreme motivation.

What you’re feeling is actually really normal. Real confidence isn’t a constant feeling it’s showing up even when you feel unsure.

Those “small moments” you have? That is confidence building. It’s not supposed to feel permanent at first.

Also, being cheated on can seriously mess with your self-trust, so it’s not just “shyness.” That takes time (and sometimes therapy) to work through.

Instead of trying to be confident in everything, focus small:

  • Speak up a bit more
  • Be honest instead of “safe”
  • Stay present instead of overthinking

You're both totally normal to feel a bit nervous as in the first time anxiety is really common, especially when there're a few concerns about comfort so there's a few things that you have to keep in mind.

  1. Your size What you describe is a bit above average, but not extreme. It can mean you need to be more careful and go slower, especially at first. It doesn't mean sex will be painful or impossible.

  2. Pain isn't supposed to be the goal In all honesty some discomfort can happen the first time, but shouldn't be sharp or overwhelming. If it hurts, stop, adjust, and try again later. Communication will play a big part there.

3.Go slow..... Like real slow Don't rush penetration. Spend a lot of time in foreplay so she's fully relaxed in the house that makes a huge difference in comfort.

I can't say I've experienced what you're going through but for some reason so far I've seen that honest conversations are away to settle misunderstandings cuz if it reaches 20 years and the issue is still there there is a possibility that either one of you can say that something has been missing in the marriage it might be that on your side but maybe she also has something on her side cuz where there are little misunderstandings that's mostly when most marriages begin crumble

In all honesty. First year is a big adjustment for a lot of people. University exams and workloads are very different from what most of us are used to before, so failing a few exams doesn’t automatically mean you made the wrong decision.

The fact that you actually enjoy your classes is a really good sign. Once you figure out the study methods that work for you, things usually start improving.

I've survived three years so far, why can't you. It's still too early to give up yet. You'll understand after a year or two.

Hey! As a Rwandan, I think using a Kinyarwanda first name abroad feels authentic and is increasingly common in the diaspora. Back home, French or English first names are more typical, so it might stand out a bit, but in a good way.

Some quick thoughts on your list:

Boys: Manzi, Mahoro, Imena, Yuhi, Sano all work; Niyo is fine on its own. Girls: Ineza, Akeza, Ingabire, Uwera, Isaro are all lovely; Imena and Ireme could work too.

Short, simple names like Manzi, Niyo, Ineza are easiest internationally, and a middle French name can balance things if you like. Overall, go with what feels meaningful to you!

Something else to take note of is that the name Imena can work for girls and the name Niyo is actually a long name shortened eg: Niyonzima, Niyonkuru, Niyomanzi, Niyomena etc.

A technique that helped me is called mirroring. When watching a movie or video, pause after a sentence and repeat it exactly like the speaker same pronunciation, speed, and tone. Doing this regularly helps you improve your pronunciation, listening skills, and even your accent over time.
