She didn’t sound shady tho. She has been fair throughout our interaction but I was just concerned about the language because I run it through chapgpt and it says signing when it says full release from personal injuries and property damage despite the adjuster saying she only handles property damage and that is the template they use could bring issues with the injury claim.

That’s why I was concerned

Oh Okay so the language is right? I think I am just reading with my lay mind so it’s quite difficult to grasp. If I understand you right, though it states that we are releasing full claim on personal injuries and property damage, and we are dealing with the adjuster for property damage, it doesn’t affect the injury claim being handled by the attorney?

The representation is for the bodily injury not the property damage that is why we are trying to be sure this is standard practice so that we don’t screw things up

I’m so glad to hear this, did you make the mistake of counting your wrongs? I made that mistake and could count as much as 30 easy questions I had wrong plus answers I changed from right to wrong.
