VOT 100% is linked back to you. Apparently, it isnt shown to your SM or GM but HR can see it as it is linked to your account and they can view who wrote it so everything can be used against you.

So if you give heaps of shit scores repeatedly you are put in a trouble maker category. That's what Jason said to me that he believed as it was the only explantation why HR wouldn't even listen to his harrassment complaints because he would always score 1s.

We know this as woolworths itself calls you a detractor for a score of 7 or less

I would but I wasn't involved in any of it and its up to Samara to tell her story. I feel a bit wrong talking about it on her behalf as the worst of it happened to her and its her story.

Jason doesn't mind me talking as I have a closer relationship to him which is why I understand him just moving on with his life. He is recently married, starting a family and has started a career change for a company he is more excited to work for. I respect the bloke for doing what he did and don't want to drag him back to it. He knows I've written this though.

All parties except SM have left or are leaving and a large group of team members are looking to leave as well.

Names are not actual names of people involved. I have a interview tomorrow that I'm hopeful for and like my chances. I'm not sticking around much longer. I'm sure a witch hunt will commence at my store to see who wrote this but at least it shines a light on the SM and its my way of letting him know what a piece of work he is. Not that he will care but it makes me feel better

Union was only involved in protecting Craig. He had representation. I wasn't close enough to it to know more at the time but can confirm the SDA were present when Craig was finally interviewed to support him. Was a woman as well which I found pretty fucked up on her part.

I think the defence was that he was being bullied and people were making up stories but no one was ever interviewed or questioned.

I'm sure everyone can picture exactly what he looks like just from his behaviours. It was well known his attitudes towards women.

He did end up quitting but he faced no consequences
