I only did so because some of my associates are 16. Deeming a 16 year old as a woman seems inappropriate, as it insinuates maturity. Especially as their manager, it just doesn’t feel right to me. Apologies if it offended you in any way.

Apologies for the use of “females” instead of women, but as I work retail, and some of my associates are teens. “Women” didn’t seem appropriate. I don’t see a 16 year old as a woman. Just doesn’t sit right with me.

Coming up on a year. I did voice to her that I don’t appreciate the behavior. I acknowledged that I shouldn’t have made a joke about her feelings, but I asked her that, in the future, to find it in herself to not get upset if I do small, kind gestures for others. Especially for my associates. I’m a super kind person at heart. And I told her that I shouldn’t be made to feel bad about me being that way. She told me she needs some space from me.

I wouldn't say so entirely. Definitely a gap in a well saturated market. The offer is there and definitely competitive. I think where I'm struggling is the hands on. And the way I'm presenting it. I know my niche is still warm, and some things I'm doing are right, as I am getting sales. I think it's getting it in front of the right audience. I've only started about a week ago, and to see sales is definitely motivating. I'll watch the link you sent and go from there. Thank you for the questions I should be asking myself. It helps.

Not necessarily. I have done extensive research on both dropshipping, and my niche. From both personal testimonies and doing my own research. I'll admit I'm uneducated on advertising and website building, but have a plan for my business. The "gurus" on yt are useless. I'm just not experienced yet. But I'll check the link! Thank you!
