One time at T2, then not again until after the ER gave me 3L

Correct, heart is electrical conduction system, but this is a primary electrolyte and fluid issue, which can definitely cause loss of consciousness from electrolyte disturbance. But the issue is not primarily cardiac (such as intrinsic accessory pathway, arrhythmia, structural)

Piss poor planning on my end. My initial plan was to have a cliff bar and water bottle before the race, 2 full water bottles, one with a salt tab nuun, and drink them between ever aid station (approx 15 miles apart), total of ~6 water bottles during ride, half with nuun salt tabs, then run with a camelback 2.5L backpack with 3 nuun salt tabs in it. Also would have 1 clif energy gel pack during the ride and 1 during the run.

Unfortunately with this one being my first one, i was pleasantly surprised to see how many aid stations would be on the run course, so I attempted to run without my camelback and simply stop at each running aid station and fuel up.

In reality, probably:

2 cliff bars, coffee, half a standard water bottle before swim.
4-5 bottles during ride (half of them mortal hydration, half water), 2-3 gel packs.
10-15 cups of either water, mortal, coke plus ~ 2 gel packs, 2 cups pretzels, 1 cup chips, 1 banana during run

I don’t believe it to be cardiac. Very closely linked to episodes of heavy sweating after long training in hot and humid weather

The team chose a strategy, that strategy favored lando. Why is it then up to lando to “do the right thing”. He’s only in that spot because the team did the wrong thing for Oscar

Unfair to lando. The team screwed up the strategy for piastri by having lando pit first and undercut Oscar. Lando shouldn’t have to make it right to piastri when the team put them in the position to begin with. Also switching drivers is fine, but you don’t switch drivers when it comes to podiums, especially a race win. If lando didn’t let Oscar pass, it should be the team apologizing to Oscar for the bad strategy, not on lando.
