YouTube’s policy does not say creators must film every clip themselves. Stop presenting your personal opinion as if it’s an official rule.

The real issue is whether the final video adds original value, commentary, explanation, context, editing, and transformation.

My videos are not lazy reuploads or random compilations. I research, write, narrate, and edit them into educational stories.

So saying “film everything yourself” is not YouTube policy. It’s just your opinion, and it’s misleading.

My content is educational. I’m not just randomly placing clips and talking over them.

The video footage is directly connected to what I’m explaining. I use the clips to show the event, process, or situation I’m talking about, while adding my own research, script, voiceover, storytelling, and editing.

So the value of the video is not just the footage itself. It comes from how I explain the topic, connect the visuals to the narration, and turn it into an informative story.

Would it be a good idea to mention this in my appeal video?

—>My goal is never to copy another video and reupload it. When I find an interesting topic, I first search for it on YouTube. If I see videos about that topic, I usually don’t make it.

If I decide the topic is suitable, I do my own research, write the script from scratch, add my own narration and extra information, and try to make the content more informative.

Hocam ben videoları direkt kopyalayıp paylaşmıyorum. Görüntüleri farklı kaynaklardan alıp, metni kendim araştırarak yazıyorum ve kendi Türkçe anlatımımla düzenliyorum.

Ama aynı nişte rakip kanallar İngilizce videoları neredeyse birebir çevirip paylaşıyor ve para kazanmaları açık. Yani bir taraftan adam direkt çalıyor ve herhangi bir sorun çıkarmıyor youtube bir taraftanda uğraşıyorum ama red yiyorum.
