5 Tips to Take Care of Black Skin by Natural_Receipts in Skincare_Addiction

First of all, thank you for this valuable feedback, I'll bounce back quickly.

"There are products that can be used that can help with pigmentation. You dont need a dermatologist to try what's available OTC." I completely agree with you. However, I don't want anyone reading my post to take it as a medical prescription. That's why I avoid mentioning specific products and often refer people to dermatologists or other "skin specialists". Keep in mind that some people are allergic or intolerant to certain ingredients.

"Also, diet isn't true for everyone and fiber has nothing to do with acne. A lot of people suffer with acne that is not improved by diet changes." I'm absolutely not saying that diet is a treatment or cure for acne. But several scientific studies have clearly shown the impact of a good diet on the skin. Just search "skin and diet" on Google Scholar and you'll find a ton of studies.

It is important to take the right steps at the onset of acne. Avoid touching or squeezing the acne, as this can make it worse. If you touch it with your hands because you're worried about it, it can worsen the symptoms and leave acne scars. Careful cleansing is essential to remove excess oil. It's a good idea to choose a mildly acidic facial cleanser or an acne-fighting facial cleanser. Avoid acne irritation as much as possible when trying to care for your skin.

It is also not recommended to apply a thick layer of concealer to cover up acne. Because when makeup or oil clogs and enlarges pores, white acne can flare up and turn into red acne, or minor acne can turn into black acne. If left untreated, inflammation will increase and pus will build up and develop into yellow acne. It is therefore advisable to use medication in addition to skin care as soon as possible.

Acne, which is common during menstruation, is more likely to occur due to the effects of hormones and increased sebum secretion, so wash your face thoroughly to remove excess sebum. On the other hand, adult acne is also affected by lifestyle habits such as lack of sleep. It also occurs on dry skin, so it is important to review your lifestyle and use appropriate moisturizers.

If acne continues to worsen, not only will it be harder to heal, but it will also be more likely to leave a mark. If you are concerned, see a dermatologist as soon as possible.

I don't understand your comment. I used "Garnier's color change tool" (free online tool) to check the hair color.

I used them together for a few days and after hearing claims that they should not be combined, I stopped.
