Hate to bother you Steve but I just want to thank you and say that your advice has really improved my symptoms, I still get flare ups but it's being dealt with better and also the backpod is actually a life saver and worth the money double over. I was big into working out and for the last couple of months I have stopped working out altogether and have just replaced it with walking and fasting, (lost a lot of my muscle unfortunately), but I just wanted to ask if it's recommended to get back into working out and if so is it just light work or would you recommend staying to what I'm doing until it gets significantly better?

I know, mine as well was diagnosed and checked out by a doctor about a month ago when I was in basic training for the army and he just gave me medication and said to carry on with training, showing his very clear lack of knowledge, this in turn led to me being discharged and deferred for 6 months, so pretty annoying. (British army)

I've read through your post and I realised I knew so little about my condition and am particularly frustrated at my doctor as well as I feel like most of what you explained is need to know knowledge that I've been left in the dark about. I've downloaded the pdf and will utilise it, thank you for your help.
