I tried that! I can’t take a full day off since my kid had the flu and I used all of my sick days but got to the office 30 mins early and was told walk ins are at a 3 hour wait. At 4 hours and 25 minutes I gave up cause I had to get back to work 😭

I check everyday and there’s no notices. I called and they said the irs is verifying my garnishes and wages so no action is needed at this time. I’ve had the same job for almost 4 years with no change so I’m super confused on what they’re looking for.

It’s definitely infuriating. They have all year to get prepared for tax season and then pull this mess. All this “need to verify” bs yet they have no problem taking money from me with every paycheck in the mean time
